Why do female volleyball players wear skimp shorts while the camera guys always film waist up?
Someone explain the irony. Female volleyball players are forced to wear skin tight shorts, and most seem to skip underwear as well. They wear this outfit so more people (especially guys) watch. There is no other reason I can see for wearing these shorts. Women wear baggy shorts for basketball don't they? Anyway, my real question is why they wear these for attention, yet when the games are televised, the camera guys make every effort to only show the ladies from the waist up. They don't do that for basketball now do they? So why not just put some baggy and more comfortable shorts on them, or tilt those cameras down a bit and boost ratings?
Because if men wore pants like that their men parts would fling around and fall out. I'd want to have my mind focused on the game i think. it's an ego thing as well as a fashion thing maybe, like that's just what they are wearing these days. Oh and the game is played on the beach where the guys are wearing board shorts and the girls are wearing very little. Why do these girls feel this way? maybe they are fine with it, and don't see it as a problem, they are athletes.
If the girls are uncomfortable they should know that they have the power to change their clothes
